Our Mission
Our mission at ACTSTV is to develop an internet based Television Network for Aboriginal Christians to fulfill the Great Commission and go into all the world with the gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ. Often the stories we see and hear of Aboriginal people in the media are about substance abuse, drunkenness, suicide, hopelessness and poverty. There is however another story that needs to be told.It is a story of transformed lives, families, and, in some cases, whole communities through Jesus Christ.
There are large numbers of Aboriginal believers today from all walks of life and all kinds of social and economic backgrounds who are living rich, dynamic, powerful Holy Ghost filled lives.
For many years God has been pouring out of his Spirit on First Nations and aboriginal people throughout the world. There have been many powerful moves of God which very few people know about because they have happened in small northern or isolated communities. God has raised up many anointed evangelists, pastors, musicians, singers, and churches, in many First Nation Communities. For so long we have been seen as the mission field. The time has come for us now to go and tell the world how much the Lord has done for us and how he has had mercy on us (Mark 5: 19). When the world hears our story they will know that God is real.
